I wish to know whether i) the answer scripts of H.S. Examination can be allotted to a Pass-Graduate teacher, ii) the teacher is bound to examine the scripts if allotted the same , and iii) in case of any error in the process who will be held liable.
Every year a School has to send the names of the teachers who teache in HS section to the council in the prescribed format for preparing Examiners’ database (The enlisted teachers are required to sign over that data sheet before sending to the council). Sometimes a pass graduate teacher teaches in HS Section of a school due to lack of teacher in that subject. Now if the school sends the name of a pass graduate teacher teaching in HS Section, the council may appoint him/her as HS Examiner.
