You may take CL from 1st July to 5th July, total 5 days.
Next you may take CL from 8th July to 12 July, total 5 days. Because you will join on 7th July. So there if no problem to take 10 days of CL and it will be advance CL. You will not get total 14 days of CL in a calender year.
If you want to take HPL then you can do so. In the first case, from 1st July to 5th July, total 5 days and in second case from 8th July to 12 July,total 5 days.
6th July Sunday will be prefix and 13th July will be suffix.
