What should we do if the Headmaster refuses to provide the receipt copy of an application ? For, in most cases it has been found that HMs are reluctant to provide the aforementioned thing.

Why an HM deny to give a receive copy to his staff or someone else ? May be there are so many reasons for himself or some one like him. But as an administrator should allow receive copy for an applicant if he/she needs. He may use a seal writing-“Received without Verified“. Am I wrong?

I know that, Sir. Take for instance, our HM. He simply unequivocally refuses to provide the receipt copy and later, if in case on reference to the very letter in the moment of urgency he is found to have lost it, claims that that particular letter was never submitted by the incumbent leaving him repenting with no proof of his innocence. I am myself a sufferer of such insolence on the part of our HM. Now, you provide me with a suggestion to tackle such a person.

Please submit the matter in the meeting of Staff Council and at last in the MC meeting. I hope he will agree to give receiving signature to the incumbent’s copy.

Unity among the staff is much needed to combat such nuisance. If you are united and demand together, the HM will be compelled to give you the Receipt, at least in cases where it is really needed. An HM cannot run an institution without the cooperation of his staff.
