I have a doubt and your understanding would help me. I am applying for government exams like banking and UPSC. I was employed previously around 6 months back and I worked there only for 3 months. Before that, I was employed with another private organization for 6 months. I would like to avoid mentioning the second job as it can give a bad impression during my interview and they might think that I have a habit of doing so. The exams don’t have any work experience criteria plus I am not employed past 6 months. I have paid my taxes obtained my NOC and everything else. However, that also means both employers name is there in ITR form 26AS as well as EPF. I am not cheating or doing a fraud or changing my profile nor am I suppressing the facts as I am not employed at present and therefore won’t need any NOC or other document and I am also meeting the eligibility criteria fully. Can I avoid mentioning the second company in the form to avoid a bad impression?
