NOTIFICATION
8. Secretary- There shall be a secretary of the committee who shall be appointed by the
Director of School Education, West Bengal from among the members of the Committee
other than those referred to in clauses (i), (ix) and (x) of rule 5. Where any member other
than the Head of the Institution is appointed as Secretary the Head of the Institution shall
be appointed as Joint Secretary.
