I have been working as an Assistant Teacher since 2009. I am the only non-b.ed candidate now in my school. So as I am going to apply as a deputed candidate I require MC resolution from my school; but HM of my school is not allowing to give so. She wants to incorporate a “clause” in the MC resolution that if DI gives a supplementary teacher against me then only I’ll be allowed. I think DI will not sign if this type of clause is given in the resolution. As the last date of few advertisements are very near, I am in a trouble of applying.
In this circumstances my query is whether HM is given power for not allowing me. Is there any Government order or any other order such that I can convince my HM ??? What should I do now??
Please help.
Thanks.
If you are is Pass Category, you are supposed to undergo B.Ed. training in ODL mode for which no supplimentary teacher is required. But if you are in Hons/PG Category and your school is a Higher Secondary one and you take classes mostly of Class IX onwards, your school may leave you on Deputation for undergoing B.Ed.
