Though I am a H.S section teacher,and there are sufficient no. of normal sections teachers of same subject yet HM is forcing me to take more classes in normal section and less classes in H.S section. He is offering more classes of H.S. section and less classes of normal section to normal section teachers of same subject. Every dissection (practical) of HS section is being taken by a normal section teachers. HM is also proposing them to be a practical examiners and, offering me the responsibility of scrutineer for HS EXAM 2013. Pls help me!
