    What is the detail head of account from where charge should be debited for payment to tax consultant for preparation of quaterly tds, Form 16 etc ?
    What is the problem if it is wron in a bill ?

    there is no specific head for the above payment. it can be made through office contingency for example: 25-2059-80-001-004-NP-13-04-V
