I feel this is the right place to ask this question. My mother is working as an aided school teacher and asked for form 16. Her head master told that they won’t get that form 16 but need to pay tax to auditor. They are taking bribe âš500 for doing this. Is there anything that I can do for her. Thanks in advance.
If you are from West Bengal, contact the DDO (AI/s, ADI/s or DI/s) of your mother. He/She will issue Form 16 to her. If its not available till date, download This Excel Utility and generate Form 16 after filling the salary details of your mother and get it signed by the DDO.
