how to join a central govt post from state govt pensionable post

I am a group A employee of govt of west bengal since 2009 and confirmed in my post, the post is pensionable and I have completed almost 12 years of eligible service. Now I want to join a similar group a post in central govt in december 2020. Would I be eligible for pension at central govt or will I get pensionary benefit from govt of west bengal for 12 years eligible service or none. How should I join central govt to have the optimal benefit. Please advice. With regards Saptarshi
