I like to share my experience regarding this problem. I have activated auto call reject facility on my phone. If I don’t like to receive the call then by pressing a key. That can only be possible only when I like to reject the call intentionally. But how it can be possible when someone making that blankcall just for a second? Before noticing the call the blankcall ends.
It is becoming a irritating matter for the mobile users.
Making blank call is not a crime. But making hoax call is a crime.

You can get the name of the telephone user after putting his number in the “find” window.You can send sms to the other party by name warning him to refrain or face the music under the provisions of Information Technology Act 2000. If the other party does not listen you can file a complaint with the police for necessary action after recording an FIR.
