We can see in rabindra open school web site that the last date of online application for upgradation is 15 th june. But we are confused , because we can not find any gov order about it. Please help us what we can do.

Here is an order copy from Birbhum DPSC website link. Friends can go with the Rabindra open schooling.
Its really amazing to see that though such letter (as attached) has been written on 13th may to the DPSCs from Rabindra open school no information is available with the DPSC even on 17th may in this e-age and we are being trained for computer aided learning, what a joke!can anyone do any correction ( like names spelling , dt of birth etc. )after online registration for H.S. from WBCROS website? is it possible from online by using giver User Name and password? please help me .
After 30 th june it may be possible.
