Thanks Mr. polo for giving a money related illustration for clarify the matter.
So at present what is her duty to keep her safe side?If it be possible for her to obtain a request letter from the HM may be back dated(it is illegal but to rectify an illegal act a legal way out is hardly possible avoiding confrontation). To make such request to one who is on leave may not be legal for the HM but she would be in ‘safe side’.

Examine the khatas as usual, and NOT to sign the khatas as an invigilator.
I fail to understand that how the HM would account for engagement of a part time teacher in exam. duty if Ms Jayita be shown as on exam. duty on that very date! What was the role of that part time teacher in exam. hall on that day? Whether the attendance of invigilator was left blank! If so, how was the exam. held in absence of invigilator? Why can’t a part time teacher of other subject take up invigilation duty for practical exam. in exigencies?
So, I think matter should not be made complicated and legally tangled.
