I have got 10 year benefits on 1/7/16 but do not allow to draw IR on ADDITIONAL increment as per government circular. But now our clerck say that government recirculate the order to draw IR including ADDITIONAL increment . Have any order about that? Please provide me.

@Kartik Chandra Murmu please see this Memorandum issued by the Finance Department. You are really entitled to get IR @10% on the Band Pay after fixation of 10 years increment also as on 01-07-2016.
