    Sir,
    Please inform me if a primary school teacher (after 5/6 yrs service) becomes mad or suffering from some mental problems and he is unable to attend school for long time (2/3 years).
    Please tell me what is the process to save the job or give some valuable suggestion.
    Help me what should I do to save his job until his mental condition becomes normal..
    Waiting for your legal advice.

    After the expiry of all due leave counts of the teacher concerned, the M.C. may allow him Special leave in exceptional circumstances for 18 months and if required he further be allowed to avail Extraordinary leave not exceeding two years.
