Inclusion of B.Ed in Approval Letter

Sir, I had got my B.Ed ( regular ) result after I joined my school. So the Approval Letter i received, does not have B.Ed mentioned in it. I want to know whether a new Approval Letter will be issued to me by the D.I. with my B.Ed degree written in it or its inclusion in my service book by the Secretary is enough? Please let me know the exact steps to follow to include my B.Ed degree officially, so that it does not affect my increment in any ways.

Submit the copy of Marksheet and Certificate to your HM. He will upload the Degree to your online profile. You don’t need to include the Degree in your approval. Your increment will not be hampered.

1) If the profile once finalized by the D.I. of School, without application for permission to unlock by the D.I. , HM will not able to edit more.
2) From the D.I.’s end, in approval letter, not mentioned the B.Ed degree though the degree was submitted by the school at the time of approval. They have said that the approval has made according to the recommendation of the SSC. ( In the case, who had applied before occupied the degree .) If, there was not mentioned, so it is not mentioned in APPROVAL LETTER. ( South 24 pgs. )
3) I think, such problem will be solve with the help of / instruction of the D.I’s end.

I had a similar problem but the DI’s said that inclusion in service book is enough and your increment will not be hampered
