    School Teachers and other employees of Recognised Non-Govt Educational Institutions (of all districts of West Bengal) will not get any credit of income Tax deducted from their salary for the financial Year 2011-12,2012-13 and 2013-14 ,until or unless Form 24Q is submitted by DI of Schools.The responsibility of submitting Form 24Q is on the Drawing and Disbursing Officer.And DI of Schools is the Drawing and Disbursing Officer.
    So,any headmaster/headmistress of any school of West Bengal submitting Form 24Q is doing so without knowing the Income tax rules properly.
    At least,DI of Schools must take initiative immediately to regularize the system from Financial Year 2014-15.

    U r right and I think most of the DIs have lack of IT rules & pretend to be jack of all trades.
