Increment after B.Ed completion

I , an untrained A.T. of an aided H.S. School, enjoyed 4 increments as usual till July 2011 and one more in 2012(my last increment) Vide G.O. no-759-SE(S)/2P-1/09 Dt-30.06.09. My last day of B.Ed final exam. is 28.12.2013. Am I entitled to enjoy increment from 28.12.13?
Could you please give me the G.O. No-61 Dated-30.01.09?
