I am an AT in pass without B.Ed. My increment is going to be withheld w.e.f 01.07.2013. I will be completing 10 years of service on 02.05.2015, and my increment will commence once again w.e.f 01.07.2016. My question is what will be my basic after getting increment w.e.f 01.07.2016. My basic as on today is Rs 15720/-

It would better if you gave the date of appointment. I think your basic on 01.07.2016 will be Rs.16690. But my question is why are you not applying for B.Ed. in ODL mode?
