I had joined high school as an assistant teacher on 20.09.2008.I have got 4 increments till now.I am dolng B.Ed from IGNOU and the course will continue till December,2013.Am I entitled to get my increment in July,2013?Please provide me with the relevant G.O.

Next increment july14 hobe to karan jan14 theke 6 month hoche. Keo jadi GO upload karen tabe upakrita hobo.
