Sir,
I am a AT. My date of joining is 13/10/2009•
I have taken the following increments:
1: 1/7/2010
2: 1/7/2011
3: 1/7/2012
4: 1/7/2013
5: 1/7/2014
Is my 5th increment i.e. 1/7/14 Correctly taken ? I havent completed 5 Years of service on 1/7/15 ( 4 Years 9 Months of service ). Please give me correct information. Please give me the G.O regarding increment of untrained teachers.May 20, 2015 at 1:20 pm #80427AnonymousInactiveNo, It was wrong to take increment on 01-07-2014. It will be regarded as overdrawn. According to Ropa -2009, a non-trained incumbent is eligible to get only 4 (four) increment during 5 years of service. It was possible before Ropa-2009.
Your 5 years of service is complete on 12/10/14 but did not complete your B.Ed degree within this period. If you could complete your last Examination of B.ED within 01-07-14, then you availed your increment on 01-07-14.
(before, increment used to get one time in a year, But now the difference may be count 6 months. As you were unable to submit your last date of exam./result within 12/10/14, so you are not entitled to get your increment on 01-07-14.)
Thanks a lot.May 20, 2015 at 7:16 pm #80428AnonymousInactiveNo, It was wrong to take increment on 01-07-2014. It will be regarded as overdrawn. According to Ropa -2009, a non-trained incumbent is eligible to get only 4 (four) increment during 5 years of service. It was possible before Ropa-2009.
