Can anybody upload the latest G.O for incremental benifit of secondary non govt. aided school teachers as per ROPA 2009, where an asst. teacher has undergone on leave without pay? i.e, if he/ she will enjoy increment on 1st July of a financial year in which he/ she enjoyed LWP?

It is not clear to me how does a teacher expect ‘incremental benefit’ while on leave without pay!
