Is The teachers of JR.High School eligible for B.ED(regular)

I am a Permanent Assistant teacher in H/PG scale in a junior high school. I have been selected in Provisional merit list of 1 year regular B.ED course in the session 2013-14 in Burdwan University.As per the recent G.O of the Higher Education Department,
Govt. of West Bengal vide memo No.390(14)-Edn(U)/lU/97/12 dt. 08/04/2013 those deputed candidates are eligible who are the teachers of class IX and onwards for admission to B. Ed course 2013-14.But there is no scope for me to teach the students of class ix an onwords because my school is a junior high school.
Therefore my question is, whther a teacher appointed in H/PG scale in a junior high school is eligible to take admitted in 1 year regular B.D course in B.U ? Please reply me .

as per latest orders ‘No’. you’ll have to take admission through ODL mode B.Ed
