    Please reply, HM can avail NOC for General Transfer or not.

    In the current notification, an HM is not supposed to apply for General Transfer.

    Where is such Circular/Notification. Please find this notification.
    GTR-2013, COLUMN NO. 2 (K):- “Teacher” means an asst.teacher includes HM/AHM/….. for the purpose of these rules.

    But still there is no public notice regarding memo no.253/4921B/CSSC/ESST/2014 Dt. 03/02/2014 (uploaded by the BARRACKPORE DDO,NORTH TWENTY FOUR PARGANA in School Education Dept.’s Portal) which you uploaded here.
    Memo No : 165/5277/CSSC/ESTT/2014 Dated : 20/01/2014 and
    Memo No : 219/5277/CSSC/ESTT/2014 Dated : 30/01/2014 are the latest public notice regarding General Transfer. And in Memo No : 165/5277/CSSC/ESTT/2014 Dated : 20/01/2014 it is clearly mantioned – “Notice for advertisement of General Transfer of Assistant Teachers working at Non Govt.
    aided schools of Govt. of West Bengal….”. This is why I told all that in my previous post.
