Now a days salary of teachers are directly submitted to the A/c of the teachers by the D.I/ADI.In this circumstances.Who will issue Form-16? The H.M or D.I/A.D.I.

Is it legal or ur idea? There is no rule of HM as DDO.

in our district (jalpaiguri) form 16 is issued by hm ,and countersigned by D.I.
