I am working in a schedule A PSU as a engineer, E1 grade (pay scale 24.900- 50,500/-). Now I want to join another PSU as senior engineer, E2 grade.But the pay scale for that post is 20,600- 46,500/-. There for the post of Deputy manager,E3 grade, the pay scale is 24,900- 50,500/-, what I’m getting now as engineer in E1 grade.
So, if there is any problem to join the lower grade PSU (Which I’ve mentioned in above column)?
I want some legal help. please help me out.
