Don’t worry Dear Mr. kaushik_ju20. Your wife shall have right to get maternity leave. If any teacher or non-teaching staff (permanent /additional /Para/Part-time, by whatever name known) needs maternity leave after the joining minimum 1(one) day of service, then she will get the maternity leave.
If the school authority (HM) does not give the received joining letter or does not sanction the maternity leave, report to the concerned D.I.of Schools.
On the other hand, if a candidate wants to join one day after delivery , she will get no maternity leave.
If the S/A or D.I. does not agree to allow/sanction her maternity leave, then go to WBBSE/DSE and at last to court, you will get proper judgment.
