Hon’ble Sir, I am Arup Mondal & Agent of BASIL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.Malda Branch,Branch code – 7304A. My address- Chakbhabani(Mondal Para), P.O- Beltalapark, P.S- Balurghat, Dist- Dakshin Dinajpur (W.B). But at present the company is not refund customer maturity money. The customer are used very slam language against us as they don’t get the money,even most of the time they beat us very badly. Office : 23/A, ROYD STREET, 2ND FLOOR, KOL-700016. I had been invest this company approx. Rs. 1,00000 through BONGAON BRUNCH( NEAR 1 NO RAIL GATE), BONGAON. The maturity date expired but till to day I didnot receive back my money. The company closed all brunches.
