Myself is Kallol Das am to state that My Daugher Kumari bithi Das ,( age 13 yrs 7 months as on 30.11.2013) D.O.B- 28.04.2000, studying in class-VIII with Ramnagar Balika Vidyalaya, Ramnagar, Purba Midnapore-721 441, falling under Ramnagar Block-I. Our permanent address is vill : Bararankua, p.o. Balisai, Dt. Purba Midnapore , pin-721423 falling under Ramnagar Block-II. I am working with a pvt co as a casual staff and annual income less than 60 thousand . May my daughter is eligible to get this benifit. Also please state who will issue the forms and other formalities.

Aami jante chai chilam je,ami 3rd year student aar ami akhun ekti scholarship peye chi aar se scholarship ta aami 3 rd year prajanto paabo if i got 60% marks in 2nd and 3rd year as i got 1st year so,kindly reply me can i apply for this form ,if yes then it doesn’t effect the validity of my scholarship???????
