my family members were enrolled for aadhar card on 31.05.2011. at the time of enrolment, acknowledgement slip was not given as printer was not working and only registration number was given without time. when these cards are expected? is there any possibility of getting the cards as already one-and-half years lapsed. the details of enrolment are as furnished for ready reference.

I got enrolled my self for aadhaar card vide enrolment no.2017/00257/13221 dtd 05/09/2011 19:35:02. I didnot yet get the aadhaar. would you pl let me know the present status of my card to be delivered . Yr tollfree number l8001801947 is not responding presently.
