Hi pinku. First of all I welcome you in this wonderful site. The G.O. for which you asked for has recently been published and a soft copy should be available in the web site of west bengal Panchayet. I shall try to obtain that for you. Till then please wait.
I have also heard about that order. But so far I have failed to obtain the same.It will definitely be very helpful for all of us to get a soft copy of the same.I am looking forward to get the same.
