Sir, i took leave from 20.04.15 (monday) to 25.04.15 (saturday) . I want to avail the period as medical leave. So, let me know whether any of the two sundays (19.04.15 & 26.04.15) will be counted as one extra medical leave from my leave account? Thanks in advance.
Both the Sundays will be exempted from your ML count as you were present on 18.04.2015 (Saturday) and joined the school on 27.04.2015 (Monday). ML will be of 6 days.
More than 3 days of Medical leave, Certificate from Doctor is necessary. If it is seen in the certificate that the patient was ill/treated from 20/04/15 to 25/04/15, only then the ML will be for 6 days.
