Memo No. 10300-F dated 01.10.1986 which contains details of leave rules for employees under the Govt. of WB.

Option of date for fixation of pay on promotion is determined by this G.O. But sorry dear friend, I could not find it at present. I shall try to collect it. Option Form is attached. (got it by googling).

a woman has taken 193 child care leave ? who will sanction it ?
what is the appropriate rule to sanction more than 120 days earned leave /193 child care leave
