Yes, but in your calculation, you should keep (the variables) in mind:
1. Total No. of days in the year: 365/366
2. No. of Sunday in that year may differ from 52
3. If there is any holiday given excluding 65 days (this is normally happens)
4. No. of any other on duty is given to any para-teachers (such as for training) … …
…then the calculation will become perfect.
there is no off day of any kind of teachers. para teachers will come shool in every working day. they will take classes for four days and other two days they have to go the home to contact the absent i.e drop out students after put the signature. they should maintain diary about the work of this two days. if they dont work on this two days then these will be calculated as c.l or m.l .
if h m permits para teacher to work on this two days without coming school, that may be possible.
cl (12 days) & ml ( 7 days ) will be calculated as per govt rule.
