Are we in the reigm of the emergency or govt.by the terrorist ? Any government forms by the democratic norms but why the government employees lost their rights ? The decision of the Government is very painful in terms of democracy . I call the Hon’ble C.M. of W.B. Please see the past days when you are doing so .= Somnath

A country/State cannot run on an individual’s thinking. If there is any casualty of any Gov. officer, Media will raise the issue for 3-4 days and then forget, Gov may provide 2-5 lacs as compensation to the family, and a family will lose one of its members forever.
But such strikes will still continue. Nothing will change.
So, Mr. Ashok, please think before you coment.
I agrees to :

Agreed.
Administration must ensure safety and security of the interested office-goers on strike day. But it appears next to impossible to any administration to comply with this. Hence it is safe to remain at home and treat this Bandh as holiday even at the cost of a day salary cut.February 27, 2012 at 1:33 pm #58903AnonymousInactiveIf govt. secures the safety on road, I have no objection to attend. I would not like to take any risk
