as per the service rule the employee have the every rihgt to take part in the strike. At this stage if the gov.will not granted the leave on that particular day , it will just their to show thir power to the gov. employees in this matter.
I think the caller of the Bandth should deserve all the punishment for calling a strike, not the innocent employees, who failed to turn up at their work place. Why should somebody count the cost for somebldy else’s crime?
