There is no provision for standard deduction now in I/Tax assessment.

if a salaried person (annual gross income from salary 2.2 lacs) invest Rs.10000/- in a financial year in stock market and for intraday trading his yearly transsaction goes to neaarby 25lac.in this such case only form-16 submit will be wright decision or he will be submit it return file?

For Intraday trading a person should remain himself busy during the share market hours i.e. 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. For a salaried person online trading is not permitted by the employer.

Mr. nemo you said “a salaried person online trading is not permitted by the employer” if any employee trade in share market during his duty hour by mobile phone is it illegal?then what should he do?
