My date of joining is 21.11.2012 in normal post(non teaching stuff).I have already taken EOL for my higher studies from 16.07.2014 to 30.06.2015……Please help me…no. Of my total M.L & HAP,Next increment date?…..next time counting period of M.l & HAP……Will it from 15.07.2015 to 14.07.2016?

Period of duty Diposit M.L. Deposit HAP
21/11/2012 to 20/11/2013 15 15
21/11/2013 to 20/11/2014 15 15
05/11/2015 to 04/11/2016 15 15 (11 months 14 days differ for EOL)
05/11/2016 to 04/11/2017 15 15 ………..

Increment
21/11/2012 to 30/06/2013 increment
01/07/2013 to 30/06/2014 increment
01/07/2014 to 30/06/2015 increment
01/07/2015 to 30/06/2016 (allowed notional increment on 01/07/2015 if this leave sanctioned by the authority but financial benefit will avail from 01/06/2016, next increment 01/07/2017.
Please verify with the Grant in aid section.

The history of an assistant teacher of normal section (not additional teacher) is like this —
a) date of joining : 03.12.2013
b) leave taken from 15.11.2014 to 02.02.2015
The questions are —
a) What will be the nature of the leave taken ?
b) If it is a leave without pay, how the pay already drawn will be deducted ?
