Sir,
Myself, Kumar Chettri, Assistant Teacher appointed in 1999 through 1st RLST SSC. When I wrote my SSC exam I had passed my HONS part-1 so I could be only pass course candidate. But when I faced interview and joined school I had passed my HONS part-2 exam.
Is there any chance to switch my scale to HONS grade?
Now I’m doing my M.Sc in Chemistry from Nalanda open university, Patna and cleared part -1 though DI did not permit me to do so. What are the possible future prospect of my M.Sc degree besides eligibility for headmaster?
Please guide me.
Pl take again after completion of M.Sc or Now

what kind of leave I should seek for the absence from school during my examination?

It was a rule that if a teacher sits for h/pg & have not yet the pg degree when he/she is in ssc,but clears the said degree before joining(last date of exam) -is a claimant for the pg scale. No provision was for the pass candidates (even if he/she had the higher degree.).Now a new case has come to front and to win that if one sits for pass (without having the higher degree )&clears the higher degree in the service in open mode, may claim the higher scale . Its a time for solve in court. Dont worry, It may solve soon.Till try as an in service candidate for ssc.
m.sc nd bridge course
if a student completes hons in physics under three years of degree course with elective subjects math and chem (300 marks)..can he be admitted to masters degree in mathematics with out any bridge course ? universities are giving permission without bridge course( for the students under three years of degree course)..is the degree valid ?
