A pupil was absent in all subjects in the Madhyamik examination 2016 , though she has admit card . Now, if she wants to sit for MP-2017 , whether she will be considered as C.C. or regular while filling up the Form.
Admit Card was issued. So, she will have have a ‘null mark-sheet’ in the current year. It means, next year she will have to appear as a Continuing Candidate (in all subjects).

@mihiracharya is also correct. On showing proper cause for absence during the exams while submiting the marksheet, the Board may consider whether the candidate may be re-granted ‘regular candidature’.
