I am secondary school teacher of a government undertaking school and currently in maternity leave. I have two son one is 2 and half year and another is almost 5 months old. Along with that my maternity leave is about to complete. In this context due to some unavoidable reason I need to extend my leave or take another long leave for 6 months. Along with that one part time teacher is working in my place in the school. Requesting to the forum to help me or guide me in this regard.
