My precise question is: Is Maternity Leave Breakable or not in case of Assistant Professor of a Govt-Aided College under Calcutta University affiliation?
Suppose X starts to avail her Maternity Leave 44 days before Puja Vacation. And then join her duty the last working before Puja vacation and the first working day after Puja Vacation. Then she again start to avail rest part of the Maternity Leave? There are so many example of such kind of leave granted. Also there are so many example which are not granted. Please give me a proper answer with supporting G.O. Thank you.
