Dear all,
If school vacations for 1 month started from 1st May 2020 until 30th May 2020 and a mother deliver a baby on 10th May 2020, then how the maternity leaves are calculated? Will an employee get the complete benefit of summer vacation and entitled to take the maternity leave from 1st June 2020 onwards considering school holidays during May or Maternity leaves are calculated from the date of delivery.
