An assistant teacher is always taking leave in every week and thus the number of eave taken by her is above 24 till the date of writing in this forum in this year. The first 14 leaves are granted as Casual Leave and the rest is not determined. The teacher is on additional post and the date of joining is 27-07-11. Her post is not confirmed by DI. Now my question is that….
1. What the incumbent will do?
2. what the HM will do?
If possible, give some orders or etc…….

As per Board’s No. 8417/G dated 07.11.1981, except Casual Leave, no other leave is admissible to an employee of a school appointed in the additional post (sanctioned for two years), untill the post declared as permanent.
So, all leaves taken by the incumbent beyond 14 days may be considered as EoL (Leave without Pay) by the H.M.
MEDICAL LEAVE BEFORE RETENTION???
Hello friends, can an assistant teacher take medical leave before confirmation of his/her service?
Actually, I was appointed in an additional post for HS section on 12.10.2009. Therefore, my post would be confirmed after three year of joining viz. on 11.10.2012. I have taken leave on medical ground on 29.12.2010 & 30.12.2010.
Is there any problem in getting this leave? If the medical leave is not valid before confirmation, what should I do?
I had no casual leave left in for the session. please help me.
As far I know, pray for advanced medical leave with full pay to the MC, if MC sanction the leave, there will be no problem, if not then …… court case or or service break…………try to manage with MC.
probationary period is 2 years of continuous service, as the post is additional you have to pray for retention for your post to DI through proper channel.
