I am an assistant teacher in a govt sponsored school.I was suffering from measles due to that doctor prescribed isolation and rest from 23.4.19and gave me fit certificate on 02.05.19. I was about to join duty from 03.05.19. Now the West Bengal govt has extended summer vacation from tomorrow. Now my question is will my medical leave be added with the summer vacation or it will count just up to today. Please give related g.o. Thank You in advance.
Your medical leave will deducted only 23-04-19 to 02/05/19 (10 days) if you join the first day of opening school after summer vacation. Otherwise your medical leave will count from 23/04/19 to the date of joining.
