Hello everyone
I m 12 weeks pregnant and recently i m diagnosed to hv high sugar.dr advised me 1 week bed rest.prescribed me insulin twice a day to lower my sugar level.
I submitted my medical report ,dr medical prescription,and application to grant medical leave on 13 march2020.
My h.m is not granting me medical leave .
Instead he granted maternity leave.
I hv applied for medical leave.and not in need of maternity leave now.
Wht shall i do now?
As in extreme cases medical leave can b granted.
