if someone avail medical leave of 130 days after one & half year of service? need go & clacification.

No one can avail 130 days Medical leave without special permission from the Board. 15 days of Medical leave is credited in leave account in each completed year of service. Now, advance medical leave of 130 days needs adjustment of leave for 8.67 years which may not be feasible.

He/She may granted with out pay leave or as “nemo” says.
