Medical Leave -unjust upper limit of 365 days

Teachers get 15 days Medical Leave per year, but cannot enjoy more than 365 days ML in total , it is unjust & unethical. Great many teachers with service life of 25 years or more suffer a lot in later life when medical leave is utterly needed. Is there any news of abolishing this decades- old inconsiderate, unkind rule?

Yes you are right. There is no such prescription till date. There are so many things in school service, which are illegal.
