Is it true that a General category A.T can avail mutual transfer with a SC/ST category A.T? Provided by the information that other factors are the same like, Subject , category Pass/Honours.
I have unofficially heard form here and there but none can give the notification. In my experience, I can say that it is not possible. It will cause the violation of ROASTER POINT.
@Riya chatterjee, recently I came to know that it is true that you have heard. Find the attachment. Listen, there is no new rule here. If such incident happened in any case of a school then the SA had to authenticate /regularize of their ROSTER. In this new prescription it is said again.
