sir i would like to know whether mutual transfer between two employees of the same department ( L & LR) is possible within the period of probation. As i am a resident of darjeeling and currently posted as ldc in north 24 parganas. as the government has introduced a system of probation for a period of two years with almost half the salary so it is utmost difficult to maintain a living in this salary package and that too after being posted in such a far place. another employee from hoogly is posted in darjeeling and is presently willing to avail mutal transfer with me.. so i would like to know is it possible within probation period??
Probation is equivalent to ‘impermanence’. So. how can a candidate whose job is not confirmed yet, avail of mutual transfer? You may have to wait till your job gets confirmed after two years of continuous and satisfactory service.
